Hallie’s Story
In September 2021, at just one year old, our daughter Hallie was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes after three terrifying days that ended in the PICU at Cook Children’s in Fort Worth.
Leah wrote down every detail of those days — the fear, the faith, and the way our family pulled together. If you’re a newly diagnosed T1D family, we hope Hallie’s story helps you feel less alone.
